I know what it's like to feel trapped. To feel like you're living for everyone else — whether it's a job that doesn't feel right, a relationship that feels off, or simply hiding parts of yourself because you’re scared. But let me tell you: You are meant for SO much more.
It wasn’t until I learned to feel safe in myself, until I slowed down, and until I finally spoke my truth — the truth of my past, my pain, my wild nature — that I started to see the magic of who I truly am.

This is about reclaiming your voice — your real, raw, unfiltered voice that has been waiting to be set free. It’s about stepping into your full, unapologetic power and saying f*ck yes to the life you’re meant to create.
We’ll move through yoga and breathing to reconnect with our bodies and our deepest truths.
We'll use fire, water and heat elements within a setting of earthy trees to be reborn into the new version of yourselves waiting just underneath the surface.
We’ll dive into voice activation practices that will make you feel like you can take on the world (think singing Celine Dion at the top of your lungs in the middle of the forest!) — and we will do it all in a space where you are celebrated for being exactly who you are, no filters, no shame.
You don’t have to be perfect.
Hell, I’m not. I went from being too scared to cry in front of others to sharing my deepest wounds with the world.
That’s where the power is. You don’t have to be “fixed.” You just need to show up. The world becomes a playground when you realise that the only thing standing between you and your dreams is you.

What should I bring?
What is the forest sauna, and is it optional?
The forest sauna is a warm, relaxing space set in nature where you can unwind and let go. It’s entirely optional, but we highly recommend it for its soothing and grounding benefits. There’s also a forest shower and plunge pool if you prefer to keep things cool!
Before using the sauna, please read the Forest Sauna FAQs, including health conditions to consider, and I highly recommend signing the Sauna Waiver—this ensures you have all the information you need to keep safe.
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all! The yoga, breathing, and meditation practices are beginner-friendly and adaptable to all levels. The focus is on nurturing and reconnecting with yourself, not achieving perfection. Come as you are.
How physically demanding is the retreat?
The retreat includes gentle yoga, grounding breathwork, and somatic movement. While there are some high-energy moments, they are balanced with restorative and meditative practices. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own comfort level—everything is optional!
What if I feel nervous about sharing in the group?
That’s completely natural! Sharing is always optional, and this retreat is a judgment-free, supportive space. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable—your experience is yours to shape.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes! Light snacks, tea, and other refreshments will be available throughout the retreat. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Absolutely! This retreat is inclusive of pregnant and breastfeeding people. Please inform us when booking so we can make any necessary adjustments for your comfort. Also, check the Forest Sauna FAQs for guidance on sauna use during pregnancy, and I highly recommend signing the Sauna Waiver to ensure you have all the info you need to keep safe.
What if it rains?
The retreat will go ahead rain or shine! 🌧️ Embrace the wild wonder of nature—rain can be incredibly refreshing, cleansing, and grounding. Outdoor areas will have cover, but do bring appropriate outdoor clothing. The sauna, located just a short walk outdoors from the warm barn, offers a cosy, warm refuge to balance the weather's magic. Let the rain add to the adventure! 🌿
