Welcome to mamaunmasked.uk (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or attending our retreats, classes, workshops, or other events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be over 18 years old and of sound mind to use our services. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
- Payments must be made in full in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.
- By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount regardless of whether the program is completed or used.
Payment Plan Terms:
a. Payment Obligation: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.
b. Late Payments: Late payments may result in fees and suspension of access to services until outstanding payments are settled.
c. Default: Failure to meet payment obligations may result in legal action to recover the outstanding balance, including the use of collection agencies.
d. Modifications: Requests to modify payment plans must be submitted in writing and approved at our discretion.
e. Non-Transferability: Payment plans are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
f. Termination of Services: Services may be terminated without a refund if payment obligations are not met.
- For day retreats, cancellations must be emailed to kirsty@mamaunmasked.uk:
- 2+ weeks before the retreat: Full refund.
- 1-2 weeks before the retreat: 50% refund.
- Less than 1 week before: No refund.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- All sales for programs and courses are final, with no refunds.
We reserve the right to change any course, retreat, or service at any time without prior explanation.
Participants who engage in bullying, harmful behaviour, or damage property will be removed from services without a refund.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to possessions during participation in our services.
- We do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for adverse effects, injuries, or damages resulting from participation.
Our services are for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns.
- Participants are responsible for their own mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
- Disclosure of medical conditions, allergies, or food intolerances is required before participation.
- If experiencing suicidal thoughts, participants should seek immediate professional help and refrain from using our services.
By attending our events, you consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.
We reserve the right to remove participants displaying unsafe or harmful behaviour without issuing refunds.
All content on mamaunmasked.uk is our property and protected by copyright. It may not be used, modified, or distributed without our written consent.
Participants agree not to engage in disparagement, defamation, or negative commentary regarding other participants, instructors, or our organisation.
- Information shared during services will be kept confidential unless required by law or with express consent.
- Participants must not disclose other participants' personal information or stories. Violations will result in removal from services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked on our site. Use of such sites is at your own risk.
Additional retreat-specific terms will be provided and are binding.
- We are insured with BWY.
- First aid trained as of May 2023 (valid for 3 years).
- Mental Health First Aid trained as of May 2023 (valid for 2 years).
